We are excited host the 2026 Annual Convention at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center again. Spacious, modern, and bright, the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center is a beautiful, and convenient location. The Convention Center is located in the heart of the historic Vista entertainment district, an area full of restaurants, shops, and galleries located just below a revitalized Main Street and just above the region's beautiful riverwalk trails. You'll have access to all of this to enjoy for post-conference activities.

A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available through our group Blocks arranged with three different nearby hotels. Each hotel has a different price point and we encourage you to book your room early so that you get the hotel of your choice at the rate which works best for your budget.

These discounted rates are only available until December 22 or whenever we reach a sellout of each reserved group block, whichever occurs first. Please note: last year, we sold out of rooms several weeks in advance of the block closing date, so book early!

Hilton Columbia Center - 924 Senate St, Columbia, SC 29201

• This hotel is 0.1 miles and a 2-minute walk to the Convention Center
• Rates above do not include additional, applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes, fees, or assessments
• Self-Parking is available for $18.00 per day with in and out privileges in the connected city owned parking garage. There are 2 entrances to the parking garage, one on Pendleton Street and one on Park Street. 
• Valet parking is available for $26 per day.  
• Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown Historic District - 822 Gervais St, Columbia, SC 29201

• This hotel is 0.2 miles and a 4-minute walk to the Convention Center
• Rates above do not include additional, applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes, fees, or assessments
• On-site parking is available for $16.00 per day with in and out privileges. Parking lot entrance is on Lincoln Street.
• Valet parking is not available
• Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Hyatt Place Columbia Downtown the Vista -  819 Gervais St, Columbia, SC 29201

• This hotel is 0.2 miles and a 5-minute walk to the Convention Center

• On-site parking and valet parking is available for $18.00 per day with in and out privileges.
